At Randall's Reef Marine Shop, we are unfortunately unable to offer a returns policy due to the nature of the product, However if you have any issues please contact our customer service team and they will do their  up most to assist you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We understand that once you've placed your order, you are excited to receive it as soon as possible. At Randall's Reef Marine Shop, we process orders promptly, and shipping times vary based on your selected day. Typically, orders are shipped with Royal Mails Special delivery 24hr.

Once you have placed your order please contact us with your chosen delivery day, which will require some-one to be home to sign for delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to ship outside of the UK.
