Shipping Policy
At Randall's Reef Marine Shop, we strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. We take great care in packaging your marine products and offer competitive shipping costs. Our goal is to build trust and ensure customer loyalty.
When it comes to our shipping policy, we aim to be transparent and straightforward. We want you to have full confidence in your purchase, knowing that your items will arrive safely and in a timely manner.
Once you have made your purchase please email you chosen day for shipping, there will need to be someone at this address to sign for the parcel that will be received the next day.
Saturday Delivery
Selecting a Saturday as your chosen date to take delivery will be at BUYERS OWN RISK, you will need to make sure there is somebody to take delivery and/or be aware that Royal Mail DO NOT class this day as a guarantee delivery day, therefore you may not receive until the Monday!
DOA & Returns Policy
Unfortunately we can offer no returns policy due to nature of our product.
To allow us to deal with a DOA we require photographs via email with the product in its original packaging and seal still in tacked, under blue lighting within 2hrs of taking delivery. Once the product has been added in to the customers system we can take no responsibility.
Extreme Weather!
In the event of cold weather snaps we will withhold shipping until the following week or a change in temperature which ever comes sooner, this is to look after both yours and the corals best interest.
